They are manufactured in various dimensions and colors for different applications and the available designs are conical, hexagonal, cylindrical and drum series of insulators.The raw material (DMC) has a high electrical, mechanical and physical properties suitable for precarious working conditions.They are molded with electrical grade brass or galvanized steel inserts for mounting. Tailor made insulators can be developed for specific applications.

The range of bus bar supports is quiet extensive and is available from single pole to four pole applications.They are made of fiberglass reinforced polyester resin compounds such as DMC and SMC.The raw material has high electrical,mechanical and physical properties and the finished components are regularly tested as per the applicable parameters.Tailor made bus bar supports can be developed for specific applications.

Bakelite sheet is a hard, dense material made by applying heat and pressure to layers of paper or glass cloth impregnated with phenolic resin. These layers of laminations are usually of cellulose paper, cotton fabrics, synthetic yarn fabrics, glass fabrics or unwoven fabrics. When heat and pressure are applied to the layers, a chemical reaction (polymerization) transforms the layers into a high-pressure thermosetting industrial laminated plastic.

They are available in slotted and unslotted variants.
